Angel Hair Pasta Salad

12 oz. cooked angel hair pasta (break into 3 pieces)
1 bag baby spinach
1 bag of romaine lettuce
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1-2 avocados, chopped
1/4 red onion, chopped
strawberries or pineapple, sliced

3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. water

Mix salad ingredients and dressing ingredients separately and store in refrigerator until ready to combine and eat. Cut up avocado and add to salad just before serving, otherwise it will go brown.
