Fresh Salsa

8 roma tomatoes
1 14.5 oz. can Rotel
1/4 cup yellow onion, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1/2 lime, juiced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar

Combine ingredients in a food processor and pulse until desired consistency. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to let the ingredients fuse together; that is if you can wait that long :).
